Job Summary

Providing expert legal counsel on transactional real estate matters, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Counsel will negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, and assess legal risks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft complex legal documents related to real estate transactions
• Conduct legal research and analyze judicial decisions to inform business strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable legal advice and mitigate risks

Required qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of legal practice experience
• Active State Bar License from any state where the organization operates
• Experience in real estate law, including leasing, land use, and construction
• Strong background in legal research and analysis of regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to manage complex legal projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
