California Licensed Real Estate Counsel
Job Summary
Providing expert legal counsel on a variety of transactional real estate matters, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Counsel will negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, and assess legal risks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft complex legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Conduct legal research and analyze judicial decisions to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable legal advice and solutions
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of legal practice experience
- Active State Bar License from any state where the organization operates
- Demonstrated expertise in contract law and real estate legal matters
- Experience in managing complex remediation and/or compliance projects preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles
