California Licensed Real Estate Counsel
Job Summary
Providing legal counsel on a wide range of transactional real estate matters, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Counsel will negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, and assess legal risks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts and oversees business-specific projects, applying deep expertise in real estate legal matters
- Participates in the creation, review, and negotiation of complex legal documents and contracts
- Assesses legal risks and provides strategic legal guidance to senior business stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent legal degree
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a practicing lawyer
- State Bar License from any state where the organization operates
- Experience with complex remediation and compliance projects preferred
