Job Summary

Providing expert legal counsel on transactional real estate matters, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Counsel will negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, and assess legal risks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft complex legal documents related to real estate transactions
• Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights to stakeholders on regulatory and compliance issues
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop legal strategies and mitigate risks

Required qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent degree
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a practicing lawyer
• State Bar License from any state where the organization operates
• Experience with complex remediation and compliance projects is preferred
