Providing expert legal counsel on various transactional real estate matters, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Counsel will negotiate agreements, assess legal risks, and offer strategic solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft complex legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law to inform business strategies and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable legal advice and drive project success
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of legal practice experience
- Active State Bar License from any state where the organization operates
- Demonstrated expertise in contract law and real estate legal matters
- Experience with compliance projects is preferred
