Job Summary
Providing expert legal counsel on various transactional real estate matters, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Counsel will negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, and assess legal risks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft complex legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop legal strategies and mitigate risks
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent legal degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a practicing lawyer
- State Bar License from any state where the organization operates
- Experience in real estate law, including leasing and land use
- Proven ability to manage complex legal projects and provide strategic guidance
