Job Summary

Providing expert legal counsel on transactional real estate matters, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Counsel will negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, and assess legal risks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

Negotiate and draft complex legal documents related to real estate transactions
Conduct legal research and analyze judicial decisions to inform business strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks and develop solutions

Required qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent degree
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a practicing lawyer
State Bar License from any state where the organization operates
Experience in real estate law, including leasing and land use
Ability to manage complex legal projects and provide actionable feedback
