Job Summary
Providing expert legal counsel on a range of transactional real estate matters, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Counsel will negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, and assess legal risks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft complex legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights to senior business stakeholders
- Assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them in collaboration with internal and external partners
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of legal practice experience
- State Bar License from any state where the organization operates
- Experience in negotiating and drafting real estate-related agreements
- Strong understanding of legal principles and compliance regulations in real estate
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
