Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Real Estate Instructor in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan
• Engage with students during livestream courses and respond to inquiries within 1 business day
• Complete the Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) designation within 4 months of contract acceptance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Active California real estate license (salesperson or broker)
• Previous instruction and/or training experience preferred
• Ability to teach in an onsite classroom and via Zoom
