Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal to support commercial real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews and analyses of title and survey documents, negotiating revisions as necessary
• Prepare and draft transaction-related documents, including leases and loan agreements
• Coordinate closing activities and manage post-closing tasks, including due diligence reviews

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, focusing on real estate transactions
• Strong knowledge of title and survey reviews, lease documentation, and real estate financing
• Proficiency in drafting transaction-related documents and familiarity with entity formation processes
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred
