Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join its commercial real estate and land use practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end paralegal process for commercial real estate transactions
• Analyze complex title and survey issues and negotiate revisions as necessary
• Draft transaction documents and coordinate closing logistics with external parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; ABA-approved Paralegal certificate needed
• 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience preferred
• Substantial research and title review background
• Familiarity with local land use and zoning code compliance
• Experience with environmental compliance and corporate formation is a plus
