Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site acquisition and ensure project timelines are met for the 5GHR deployment
• Oversee regulatory requirements and manage compliance across all project phases
• Track vendor performance and maintain project budgets while communicating status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in wireless real estate or project management
• Proven track record in PMO tracking and high-level project reporting
• Deep experience in MACRO Real Estate (New Build, Colocation, and Rawland)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work/field experience in Real Estate, Law, or Project Management
• Practical field experience in site development or real estate acquisition is a plus
