Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct phone interviews, schedule in-person interviews, and complete reference checks
• Maintain communication with hiring managers and manage recruitment activities

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 4 years of related recruiting and interviewing experience required
• Experience in Home Care and nurse recruitment preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Laws on Federal/State level preferred
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including sitting, standing, and lifting
