Job Summary

Accountable for full life cycle recruiting, the full-time California Licensed Recruiter will attract, source, and screen candidates for various positions while partnering with hiring managers to ensure equitable assessment practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for multiple positions across different levels and markets
• Attract and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and implement fair selection processes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience for professional and industrial roles
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven with a strong focus on accomplishing tasks and goals
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills to work independently
• Demonstrated adaptability in handling changing and ambiguous scenarios
