Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Contract Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for 20+ roles monthly, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using ADP Workforce and various job boards to meet hiring goals
- Open and close requisitions, prepare offer letters, and maintain candidate records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and promote MedZed's culture
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with candidate sourcing and HRIS systems preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ADP Workforce Now
