Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day activities, the full-time California Licensed Referral Supervisor will implement protocols, manage complex referrals, and maintain relationships with high-value clinicians in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the implementation of protocols and policies related to referral management
• Manage escalations of complex referrals and maintain relationships with referring clinicians and organizations
• Establish work priorities and manage team workload to meet operational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of recent relevant experience in healthcare or referral management
• Deep understanding of Epic electronic health records and Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and EMTALA
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and engage a team
