Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of licensed sales agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
• Implement risk management plans and update state-specific policy addendums
• Provide training and support to agents regarding contracts, risk management, and state real estate law

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage operations
• Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing agents
• Experience managing a team of no less than 50 agents
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset
