California Licensed Regional Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager to lead a team of Property Managers and oversee a portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure optimal performance of properties by balancing occupancy, resident satisfaction, compliance, and financial returns
• Establish customer service expectations and ensure effective communication with residents and staff

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing people, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting
• 3+ years of experience in Property Management or a related real estate field
• 3+ years of experience with standard real estate software (Yardi, Microsoft Office 365 preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with affordable housing programs (Project-based Section 8, Section 202, LIHTC preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; industry certification such as CPM or CAM preferred
