Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Prenatal in Santa Clarita.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market growth
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to execute sales strategies and optimize opportunities
  • Analyze sales results and industry trends to drive success within the territory
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically in Women's Health or Prenatal
  • Proven track record in hiring, developing, and motivating sales teams to exceed sales goals
  • Strong experience in data analysis and understanding buyer/decision-maker types
  • Ability to assess the needs of OBGYNs and MFMs with a focus on consultative sales
  • Desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new territory and team
