Job Summary
A company is looking for a Direct Markets Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth and development of Account Executives and Insurance Sales Professionals
- Implement strategic and tactical objectives to achieve and sustain profitable growth
- Oversee sales initiatives, maintain responsibility for customer issues, and manage leadership activities including planning and performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in Outside Sales, or High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience in Outside Sales
- Experience with sales principles, techniques, and terminology
- Experience working within a regulatory environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience analyzing financial statements and reports
- Licensed to sell insurance products
