Job Summary

A company is looking for a Direct Markets Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable growth and development of Account Executives and Insurance Sales Professionals
  • Implement strategic and tactical objectives to achieve and sustain profitable growth
  • Oversee sales initiatives, maintain responsibility for customer issues, and manage leadership activities including planning and performance management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in Outside Sales, or High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience in Outside Sales
  • Experience with sales principles, techniques, and terminology
  • Experience working within a regulatory environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience analyzing financial statements and reports
  • Licensed to sell insurance products
