A company is looking for a Long Term Care Regional Specialty Manager for Southern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional sales team to exceed sales goals
• Drive implementation of sales strategies and identify regional opportunities
• Manage regional budgets and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in sales management, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience
• Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and provide clarity to the team
• Strong sales disposition and business acumen
