Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Regional Training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute regional training programs to ensure effective onboarding and service delivery
  • Oversee the design and continuous improvement of training programs in collaboration with the Corporate Enterprise Training team
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License from state of domicile required
  • Four-year degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in training, education, or management within the insurance industry
  • Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
