Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Regional Training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute regional training programs to ensure effective onboarding and service delivery
- Oversee the design and continuous improvement of training programs in collaboration with the Corporate Enterprise Training team
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements
Required Qualifications
- Property and Casualty Insurance License from state of domicile required
- Four-year degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 6 years' experience in training, education, or management within the insurance industry
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
