Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President for the Sacramento/Tahoe region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive success of branch managers by mentoring, developing, and supervising sales and management activities
• Recruit and develop highly qualified candidates for future management positions
• Accountable for overall net agent growth and increased profitability in the region

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of dynamic sales and management experience in real estate
• Experience in brokerage management and/or real estate ownership preferred
• Strong business and financial acumen with profit and loss responsibility
• Four-year college degree in a business-related field preferred; must be a licensed real estate agent
• Technologically proficient with familiarity in various software programs
