California Licensed Regional VP, Business Development

Job Summary

To support strategic growth in the Western Region, the full-time California Licensed Regional VP, Business Development will drive revenue opportunities with law firms, lead a team of Business Development Executives, and ensure operational accountability while working remotely from California, Nevada, or Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall strategy to optimize revenue opportunities and develop high-value law firm relationships
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
• Ensure execution of company policies and maintain accountability for performance metrics and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• 3+ years of experience practicing plaintiff personal injury law
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation, law firm operations, and settlement processes
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Currently resides in California, Nevada, or Arizona, with occasional regional travel required
