Job Summary

To support the Integrated Care Center Clinic, the on-call California Licensed Registered Dietitian will provide nutrition consultations, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient health outcomes for those facing homelessness, poverty, and addiction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop evidence-based nutrition interventions tailored to individual patient needs
• Provide health education and resources regarding nutrition access programs to patients and their families
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health staff to identify and address the nutritional needs of patients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
• Experience teaching adults and facilitating workshops
• Knowledge of nutrition programs and evidence-based nutrition therapy
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
