Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Registered Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient care for assigned team, ensuring alignment with patient needs and acuity
• Communicate with patients via phone and video, providing care and education
• Coordinate care activities, including medication management and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license; willingness to obtain licensure in other states
• 1+ year of experience in palliative or hospice care
• 1+ year of professional nursing experience within the last three years
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends
• General computer skills and knowledge of MS Office and the internet
