Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic nursing services, including patient support, resource referral, data collection, and education
• Participate in program-specific customer meetings and training sessions
• Complete special projects and other duties related to contract performance

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree and a professional nursing license in good standing
• Registered Nurse License in the state of employment; must be willing to obtain additional licenses as required
• 2-5 years of nursing experience
• Basic database and office navigation skills
• Ability to maintain high customer service standards during interactions
