Job Summary

Leading regulatory initiatives in a remote capacity, the full-time California Licensed Regulatory Consultant will manage compliance projects, provide guidance on healthcare regulations, and ensure alignment with federal and state requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain expertise in current healthcare regulations and lead cross-functional efforts to implement regulatory initiatives
• Provide regulatory interpretation and consultation to stakeholders, developing work plans to support compliance objectives
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory audits and coordinate responses to health plans and regulatory agencies

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory affairs or compliance, with knowledge of managed care operations
• 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with aggressive timelines
• Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations and ability to interpret requirements from CMS and related bodies
• Demonstrated success in driving operational compliance and achieving regulatory objectives
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
