Key Responsibilities

• Identify payer opportunities and implement programs to resolve barriers to product access
• Develop and implement reimbursement strategies to secure coverage, coding, and payment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reimbursement-related initiatives and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of reimbursement experience or an advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of reimbursement processes and payer/provider dynamics
• Experience in evaluating reimbursement environments for market entry needs
• Ability to analyze Medicare regulations and communicate changes effectively
• Experience in developing strategies for advocacy with CMS and commercial payers
