Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Reimbursements to oversee strategic reimbursement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement operational strategies for reimbursement initiatives, including analysis of legislation and financial impacts
• Coordinate and manage complex strategic initiatives related to cost optimization and reimbursement methodologies
• Communicate results of analyses and initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of current rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
