California Licensed Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic reimbursement initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Reimbursement Manager will oversee the preparation and review of regulatory reports, ensure compliance with government regulations, and manage the functional team remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic reimbursement initiatives, including evaluation and planning of regulatory reports
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other reimbursement regulations while implementing internal controls
• Mentor staff and prioritize reimbursement-related projects to ensure efficient team operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of reimbursement rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
