To support an established consumer warranty firm, the fully remote contract-to-hire California Licensed Remote Attorney will draft and review litigation documents, collaborate with team members on active cases, and maintain organization across assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Draft complaints, motions, and other litigation documents using established templates
• Review and revise templated pleadings for accuracy and compliance with California standards
• Collaborate with internal team members to support active litigation matters

Required qualifications

• Must be barred in California and reside in California
• Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in legal documentation
