Job Summary

Providing high-quality clinical support to patients and caregivers, the full-time California Licensed Remote RN will deliver virtual nursing care, conduct health assessments, and maintain clinical documentation while collaborating with care teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual nursing care using evidence-based clinical judgment and conduct comprehensive health assessments
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and internal teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record while adhering to clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience in acute and primary care
• Current valid California nursing license
• Proficiency with EHR systems, preferably EPIC, and Google Workspace tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace for HIPAA-sensitive interactions
