Job Summary

Offering a minimum of 5 sessions per week, the part-time California Licensed Remote Therapist will provide high-quality tele-therapy to clients while managing their availability and collaborating with a care team, all in a flexible remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of 5 tele-therapy sessions per week, with the ability to increase availability during peak demand
• Complete clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours and maintain an updated availability calendar
• Collaborate with a care team, including health coaches and other therapists, to deliver integrated care

Required qualifications

• Must be a licensed LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, or LPCC in good standing in California
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Willingness to integrate technology into therapeutic practices and familiarity with tele-therapy tools
• Commitment to providing culturally responsive care and knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Ability to remain flexible with scheduling, including nights and weekends if needed
