Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewable Energy Compliance Attorney (In-House / Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies for renewable energy projects
- Advise on permitting requirements and compliance with renewable Investment Tax Credit programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience in renewable energy or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws governing the renewable energy industry
- Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of residence
- Outstanding professional references
