Job Summary

California Licensed Research Associate, this full-time position involves serving as a Study Coordinator to support research studies focused on women's health and sleep, particularly among Veterans, under the guidance of Multiple Principal Investigators.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain research study documentation and oversee tracking systems for study progress
• Recruit study participants and conduct informed consent, scheduling, and assessments
• Assist with data management and contribute to data analysis and progress reports

Required Qualifications

• BA, BS, or equivalent degree
• Minimum of 1 year of research coordination experience with human subjects
• Computer literacy with emphasis on Windows operating systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
• Experience in research coordination in psychology or health science is preferred
