California Licensed Respiratory Therapist Lead

Job Summary

Assisting the Telecare Team Supervisor, the full-time California Licensed Respiratory Therapist Lead will manage clinical training, competency checks, and program audits while providing respiratory care and telehealth services to patients.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts clinical training and competency checks for respiratory therapy staff
• Assesses patient needs and instructs on the use of respiratory equipment
• Performs remote patient visits and maintains documentation for care plans

Required qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Care Program
• Valid RCP License in the state of practice
• Experience as a Respiratory Therapist, particularly with technology-driven patient care
• Proficient with basic computer skills, including Zoom and Google platforms
• Thorough knowledge of the Respiratory Care Field
