Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Consultant - Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on plan design, investment selection, and fiduciary responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive plan reviews and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Achieve annual new revenue objectives through consultative sales and relationship building

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retirement plan consulting or institutional investment advisory roles
• Relevant securities registration such as Series 65, or equivalent combinations of Series 66 and 7 required
• Experience managing plans with assets under management (AUM) of $50M or more preferred
• Deep knowledge of retirement plan types and related regulations, including ERISA and DOL requirements
