Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Retirement Planner will provide education and guidance to workplace participants on maximizing their retirement plan benefits while working remotely within 90 miles of Greater Los Angeles, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new participants by educating them on company match and savings options
- Engage with retirement plan participants to conduct needs-based analyses and identify suitable solutions
- Utilize consultative selling skills to enhance customer interactions and support retirement readiness
Required qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Knowledge of tax-exempt retirement products and services is highly desirable
- Previous phone center experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer results
