California Licensed Retirement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Retirement Specialist to provide retirement plan expertise and support to participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide education and guidance to participants regarding their retirement plans through inbound calls
• Initiate outreach to participants to discuss contribution levels and encourage increases in deferrals
• Conduct account reviews and provide retirement projections and advice on asset allocation options

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, along with a Life and Health license are required
• Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales driven position
• Experience in a sales call center environment and financial services background preferred
• In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products and defined contribution plans preferred
