California Licensed Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Revenue Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure revenue is accounted for in accordance with ASC 606 and review data accuracy in the Revenue system
• Provide revenue recognition guidance and prepare technical accounting memos for complex transactions
• Support deal reviews and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of related Revenue Recognition (ASC 606) experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a software or SaaS environment with a revenue background
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with relevant software tools such as CLM, Salesforce, and RevPro is desirable
