Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex account and claim issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
• Oversee daily Revenue Cycle workflows, providing operational support and mentorship to peers
• Identify trends impacting A/R and claims resolution, recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare revenue cycle functions
• 3+ years of patient-facing customer service experience in a healthcare organization
• 1+ years of remote working experience required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle functions
