Job Summary

To support financial objectives, the full-time California Licensed Revenue Cycle Auditor RN will provide patient-focused, standardized revenue cycle support remotely while ensuring compliance and efficiency in processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits and reviews of revenue cycle processes to ensure compliance and identify inefficiencies
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle team members to achieve specific financial objectives
• Utilize EPIC or MEDITECH for data reporting and documentation to enhance operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
• 3 years of experience with EPIC or MEDITECH and data reporting functions
• 3 years of experience working with Revenue Cycle teams
• Proven ability to manage time and achieve results in a high-production environment
