Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist: Medicare and Medicaid Collections (RSI).

Key Responsibilities

• Research, follow-up, and resolve unpaid or underpaid Medicare insurance claims
• Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and remediate underpayment issues
• Maintain positive relationships with clinical personnel and payer representatives while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Medicare or Medicaid collections
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or revenue cycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in insurance claim collections
