California Licensed Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist III (Anesthesia).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and submit claims to payors, perform account follow-up, and update patient account information
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical departments and external clients to resolve inquiries and issues
• Identify coding deficiencies and coordinate reviews to ensure accurate charge capture and enhance reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college courses in Finance, Business, or Health Insurance preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or hospital revenue cycle billing experience required
• Experience in following up on claims or appealing denied claims in Anesthesia is a plus
• Basic computer skills and experience with MS Office, Epic, and CS-Link preferred
• Working knowledge of regulatory and billing policies preferred
