California Licensed Revenue Management Specialist
Job Summary
To support the growth of the Agentforce team, the full-time California Licensed Revenue Management Specialist will manage billing transformations, deliver tailored demos, and architect migration pathways for clients transitioning from legacy systems, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead as the primary technical specialist for Agentforce Revenue Billing across TMT accounts, providing solution engineering support
- Deliver end-to-end demos and proof of concepts that connect to the ARM Quote-to-Cash process
- Architect migration pathways for clients moving from legacy platforms to modern ARB and ARM architectures
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, presales, or technical revenue operations within High Tech, Media, or Telecommunications
- Deep technical knowledge of Agentforce Revenue Billing and familiarity with Agentforce Revenue Management and legacy Salesforce tools
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and their application in billing and financial systems
- Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and present to diverse audiences
- Solid grasp of TMT monetization patterns, including subscription models and usage-based pricing
