Job Summary

To support a growing financial services team, the full-time California Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will source and generate leads, advise seniors on mortgage options, and manage the loan application process while building a professional referral network.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to analyze their financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
• Build rapport with potential borrowers and leverage existing relationships to achieve mortgage financing goals
• Manage the loan application process and ensure compliance with quality and marketability standards

Required qualifications

• Active California DBO and NMLS license
• Two or more years of full-time reverse loan origination experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven track record as a loan originator with strong production results
• Ability to structure and price loans accurately
