Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time California Licensed Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability while receiving comprehensive training and support remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in industry-leading training and sales processes to develop business acumen

Required qualifications

• California Reverse Mortgage Originator License
• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a new sales process
• Ability to work remotely in the San Diego, CA area
• Commitment to a full-time role for the duration of the development program
