Job Summary

Providing virtual rheumatology consultations, the part-time/full-time California Licensed Rheumatology NP/PA will evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with rheumatology conditions through a telehealth platform while collaborating with care teams and ensuring continuity of care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual consultations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for rheumatology patients
• Manage chronic autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, including medication management and follow-up care
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and maintain compliance with telehealth regulations

Required qualifications

• CA Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of Rheumatology experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Comfortable practicing autonomously in a remote care environment
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with telemedicine technology
