Job Summary
California Licensed Risk Advisor, responsible for new insurance account production and sales activities within assigned accounts, working full-time in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieves annual revenue objectives through consultative sales and expansion of service lines
- Develops and maintains a pipeline of qualified prospects and documents new business activity
- Assesses client risk issues and recommends technical services, transitioning sold clients to account management teams
Required Qualifications
- Property and Casualty Insurance License is required
- College degree or a minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Experience with complex commercial coverage is necessary
- In-depth understanding of insurance markets, products, and underwriting procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
