Job Summary

California Licensed Risk Advisor, responsible for new insurance account production and sales activities within assigned accounts, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieves annual revenue objectives through consultative sales and expansion of service lines
  • Develops and maintains a pipeline of qualified prospects and documents new business activity
  • Assesses client risk issues and recommends technical services, transitioning sold clients to account management teams
Required Qualifications
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License is required
  • College degree or a minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Experience with complex commercial coverage is necessary
  • In-depth understanding of insurance markets, products, and underwriting procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
